Shipping & Handling

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. You will receive an email notification when your order is confirmed. Please consider this handling time in addition to carrier shipping times (as well as weekends and holidays) when placing your order. Once your order has left our facility, you'll receive another notification with tracking information.

Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gas Giants is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer's responsibility.

How to Check the Status of Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at gasgiantsforever@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please ensure your selected carrier and service accommodates this. For instance, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

If your item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please note that we do not offer exchanges due to accumulated shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@gasgiants.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will strive to provide a satisfactory solution.

Use of shopping software or "bots" on gasgiantsforever@gmail.com will result in the inability to return items purchased.
